This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This requirement is solicited as total small business set-aside in accordance with the FAR. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 339950 (Sign Manufacturing). This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price contract and will be awarded using price and other factors. The offer must include proof of adherence to the specifications provided (the quote will be checked for technical acceptableness based on the attached Needs statement and have a satisfactory past performance with Government contracts. REQUIREMENT: The Louisiana National Guard (LANG) Recruiting and Retention office is seeking to remove and replace signs in accordance with the attached needs statement. This attached Needs Statement is for informational gathering purposes only.
