On-Site Inscriptions for NCA Multiple Cemeteries The purpose of this amendment is to address submitted questions and to provide a revised combined synopsis/solicitation, price/cost schedules and Statement of Work. The response due date and time is extended to 24 July 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CST. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Statement of Work, and Attachment A Price/Cost Schedule have been revised and are attached separately to this amendment. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation has been revised to add additional information regarding samples, to add information for informal site visits and to reflect the new submission date and time. The Statement of Work has been revised regarding the method to which reimbursements will be made, inscription cancellations of orders and timeliness and delivery performance. Attachment A Price/Cost Schedules has been revised to correct the price/cost schedule for Cape Canaveral NC. Note: There will not be a SF30 to sign for this amendment. Quoters shall provide a statement of acknowledgement and receipt of any and all amendments. Failure to acknowledge all amendments will result in the Interested Quoter being considered non-responsive and ineligible for award. Questions and Answers: Q: In the price/cost schedule, Cape Canaveral and Riverside have duplicate line-item descriptions and quantities. Can you please provide the correct information for Cape Canaveral? A: The price/cost schedule for Cape Canaveral has been revised and is included in Attachment A. Q: In the sample submission portion on page 5 it states that one granite/marble memorial wall marker will be required, but there is no inscription information for those. Can you please provide the inscriptions for those stone types? A: The combined synopsis/solicitation document has been revised to include additional information regarding samples. Q: Multiple questions combined (same subject): In the sample identification portion continued on page 6, the quarry name the sample was manufactured from is requested. Is that necessary even though this contract is for on-site inscription services of government provided headstones? In the sample requirements on page 6 it states that samples must be accompanied by a statement identifying the brand name and grit rating for the pad used to produce the final finish product. Is this necessary even though this contract is for on-site inscription services of government provided headstones? In the sample identification portion continued page 6, the quarry name the sample was manufactured from is requested. Is that necessary even though this contract is for on-site inscription services of government provided headstones? In the sample requirements on page 6 it states that samples must be accompanied by a statement identifying the brand name and grit rating for the pad used to produce the final finish product. Is this necessary even though this contract is for on-site inscription services of government provided headstones? A: Yes, the information is required to ensure the sample is of material like the government-furnished material. Q: There is no mention of lithichrome application on the samples. Do any samples require lithichrome? A: All samples except memorial wall markers shall have litichrome applied. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document has been revised to include this information. Q: In the sample submission portion on page 5 it states that one granite/marble memorial wall marker will be required, but there is no inscription information for those. Can you please provide the inscriptions for those stone types? A: The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document has been revised to provide additional information regarding samples. Are we able to find out what the current contractor is doing the inscriptions for? P&G are local at Cape Canaveral and I just want to know if I can even compete with his prices. A: This solicitation is for seven (7) different cemeteries which will result in seven (7) separate awards. The following information is provided for the current contracts. I have attached the section for sample requirements. Do the ones highlighted require granite and marble? Or is it either or? A: The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document has been revised to provide additional information regarding samples. Q: Also, the estimated quantity that is listed: Is that divided among the 7 National Cemeteries listed on the solicitation, or for each location? A: Attachment A Price/Cost Schedules contains a separate price/cost schedule for each of the seven (7) cemeteries. Please see the bottom of the Excel spreadsheet to see the titles of each sheet related to each of the cemeteries.

On-Site Inscriptions for NCA Multiple Cemeteries The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revised Statement of Work which is attached separately to this amendment. The response due date and time is NOT extended and remains at 25 July 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CST. The Statement of Work has been revised to add information about Aging Report as part of the Weekly Status Report and to add minimum required items for invoices. Note: There will not be a SF30 to sign for this amendment. Quoters shall provide a statement of acknowledgement and receipt of any and all amendments. Failure to acknowledge all amendments will result in the Interested Quoter being considered non-responsive and ineligible for award.

On-Site Inscriptions for NCA Multiple Cemeteries The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revised Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document which is attached separately to this amendment. The response due date and time is NOT extended and remains at 25 July 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CST. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation has been revised to correct the items (upright headstone, a niche cover and a flat marker) that shall be covered on the Gantt Chart submission. Note: There will not be a SF30 to sign for this amendment. Quoters shall provide a statement of acknowledgement and receipt of any and all amendments. Failure to acknowledge all amendments will result in the Interested Quoter being considered non-responsive and ineligible for award.
