DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform inspection, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance services on kitchen fire suppression systems and kitchen exhaust systems located at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska.This includes all tasks necessary to keep these systems operating in a reliable, continuous, and safe manner, adhering to all applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Department of the Air Force (DAF), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and local, state, and federal codes. SITE VISIT The site visit will be conducted on Thursday, 11 September 2025 at 1:00 PM CST. The meeting point will be at the Offutt Visitor Center.
