1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: USACE Nashville District, Kentucky Lock Resident Office (KLRO) , is requesting t to re-level the Quality Assurance (QA) office trailer, located at the Kentucky Lock Resident Office (KLRO) compound at 193 Taylor Park Road, Grand Rivers, KY 42045. The QA office trailer improvements will include correcting existing support piers, adding new support piers, and repairing damage to the interior of the trailer caused by settling. Changes are required to maximize efficiency and meet the operational needs of KLRO. 2. TYPE OF CONTRACT: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract under NAICS code 236220, (size standard: $45.0M). 3. BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD: Award shall be made to the lowest priced offeror who is determined to be responsible. 4.
