Construction elements include but are not limited to: Preparation of trailer foundation area, including installation of inground structural footers to support and distribute the weight of the trailer. Supply, delivery, and installation of new 28 x60 modular office trailer, in accordance with the floorplan/layout sketch. Includes exterior paint scheme to match existing Resident Office two-tone paint. Supply and installation of all furniture, appliances, HVAC, plumbing, appurtenances, flooring, lighting, cabinetry, fixtures, finishes, signage, and systems. Installation and connection of all utilities, to include plumbing, sewer, and electric. Utilities will tie-in to existing site utilities. Supply and construction of new wood decking, ramp, stairs, and railings for access/egress into the trailer. Installation of new gravel access driveway in grassy roundabout area. Installation and routing of buried main fiber network line from existing Resident Office trailer to new office trailer.
