Solicitation Number: THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME Notice Type: RFI / Sources Sought Requisition Number: RFISS-169- KB Dock/Keyport Piers Ladder Replacement Synopsis: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport, is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research for the removal of thirteen (13) existing, twenty-foot ladder extensions that are shackled to existing pier ladders, and the installation of twelve (12) new, twenty-foot aluminum ladders to be shackled in place. The new ladders should be constructed from 6061 marine-grade aluminum, with material comparable to Schedule 40, 2-inch square tubing. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Pursuant to DFARS 204.75 an approved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) of Level X (check for each requirement what level of CMMC is required) is required before a contractor can be considered for award. The contracting team will check each offeror's CMMC level in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) after offers have been submitted but prior to contract award. Any offerors that are determined not to have an approved CMMC will be ineligible for award.
