Additionally, operational constraints require a localized vendor to eliminate customs clearance delays, international freight surcharges, and extended transport timelines, ensuring a strict 5-day delivery window post-purchase order issuance. The equipment must natively feature a built-in 220V power supply to match Embassy infrastructure, and the vendor must guarantee 24-hour supply replenishment alongside complimentary, in-person training and on-site warranty servicing. If this hardware is not procured urgently through this vendor, the Embassy will lose the capability to complete the project work in-house. Forcing this project to an outside contractor will result in significantly higher outsourced labor and material costs.
