Provide cross-cutting support across six integrated task areas: Administration Alignment (align departmental initiatives with Administration priorities through strategic planning, performance management, and stakeholder engagement); Data Analytics (use advanced analytics and visualization tools to support evidence-based decision-making and long-term strategic initiatives); Process Improvement (streamline internal workflows and decision-making to boost transparency, accountability, and performance tracking); Automation (design and deploy automated workflows and reporting tools to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy); Content Development (deliver high-quality, mission-aligned communications and maintain internal platforms such as the PLCY Intranet); Executive Secretariat (ExecSec) Support (enhance the quality, timeliness, and coordination of executive correspondence and taskings across DHS leadership and components).
