Provide firm-fixed-price health insurance coverage for JUSMAG SASP and contractual employees in the Philippines, with the vendor required to be licensed/certified/accredited by the appropriate government authority to offer health insurance in the host country (Philippines or another government if needed). Proposals must include completed SF18 forms and pricing documentation, evidence of licensure/certification, and compliance with specified FAR/DOSAR clauses; SAM registration is mandatory before award; U.S. firms may be paid in USD and local-currency pricing is required for non-U.S. firms. Submissions must be in English, in the proper file formats (Word, Excel, or PDF) and limited in size; a virtual pre-quotation conference will be held and questions must be submitted by the stated deadline.

Notable upcoming changes include the near-term issuance of the solicitation, potential for non-discussion award, and the emphasis on currency handling, tax treatment, and required documentation; amendments and related materials (e.g., minutes from the pre-solicitation conference and Q&A) will accompany the solicitation.
