Requirement for 450 T-shirts to support Joint Region Marianas Fire and Emergency Services in Guam. Shirts must be 100% cotton and come in a color per the SOW, featuring a 4 inch by 4 inch department logo on the front in the location specified by the SOW; there is no mandated printing method, but the finish must meet the quality standards in the SOW. The Buy American Statute applies (but the Berry Amendment does not). The SOW details, including logo placement and other specs, are contained in the SF 1449 package, and Attachment 01 provides the high-resolution large logo.

Amendment 0001 revised the SOW and updated Attachment 01 to include the JRM FES large logo in high resolution. All quotes submitted before this amendment must be resubmitted to be considered for award. Responses to posted questions clarified that there is no printing process preference, 100% cotton material is required, the logo is 4x4 inches, and the front logo image must be provided in high resolution or vector format; color and logo placement follow the SOW, with no Berry Amendment requirement.

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Marianas (Guam) has a requirement for 450 T-shirts in support of Joint Region Marianas (JRM) Fire and Emergency Services.
