Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) Modification of N0001924F0164 FY24 Repair of Repairables N00019-25-RFPREQ-WPM201-0055

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD awarded a modification to Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) Repair of Repairables (RoR) Delivery Order N0001924F0164 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001920G0007 to Raytheon Company, 1151 E. Hermans Road, Tucson, AZ 85756-9367 for services in support of continued United States Navy (USN) JSOW RoR activities through 31 October 2026. This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Raytheon Missiles & Defense is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the JSOW weapon system and its related equipment and as such is the only company that has the requisite knowledge, technical expertise, production tooling facilities and technical data necessary to meet this requirement.
