If your company has a premium for work performed above the 20 foot height stated in the PWS it will be reviewed the same as ODCs. There is no need to submit any premiums or percentages for work of this nature. The basis of award remains Lowest Price Technically Acceptable and is based upon pricing submitted for jobs not exceeding the 20 feet of height in the PWS. As such, the Government shall only make a determination of the lowest price technically acceptable on the 20 foot height standard.
