Solicitation W9127N25QA088 is for the purchase of one hundred (100) new accumulators to replace the current deteriorating accumulators on the Submerged Traveling Screens (STS) at John Day Dam and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see the attached Performance Work Statement and other attachments for additional information. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code: 423830 - Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers with a size standard of 100 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
