Replacement of the primary Experimental Hall C indoor direct expansion air handling unit and the matching outdoor condensing unit, including installation of a servicing maintenance platform for the indoor AHU and updated BAS controls. The current unit is suspended roughly 75 feet above the floor, so material handling to lower the old unit and install the new one and related components is required, with Barnhart Crane and Rigging performing the material handling per the attached study’s method 2.
