The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a corresponding size standard of $34M. The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The 633d Contracting Squadron has a need to upgrade the existing obsolete and failing Giant Voice System (GV) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE (i.e., Langley AFB, Bethel Manor Housing, and Ft Eustis)) with a new Motorola OptiWarn GV System. The project objective covers the replacement of the existing outdated and failing system with a new, robust, and reliable solution. 633d ABW s requirements to design, furnish, install, operationalize, and test a new OptiWarn GV System at JBLE for improved efficiency, reliability, enhanced emergency communication capabilities, and secure communications over a secure simplex radio link.
