Introduction & Purpose This is a Sources Sought Notice issued for market research and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). No solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to award a contract based on this notice, nor will it pay for any information received in response. The purpose of this notice is to identify capable and qualified sources, specifically Local Small Businesses (SB), with priority placement consideration for Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), capable of providing commercial electrical services. 2. Scope of Work The Government anticipates establishing a Multiple Award 5-Year IDIQ contract to support ongoing electrical infrastructure and maintenance requirements. Individual projects (Task Orders) awarded under this IDIQ will range in value from just above the micro-purchase threshold ($2,500) up to $125,000 per project. 3. Vendor Requirements & Capabilities To be considered capable, interested vendors must demonstrate the ability to meet the following operational and technical requirements: "Requirement Category Description of Requirement Certifications Must employ/provide a commercial certified electrician. High Voltage & Panels Must be capable of working on commercially rated panels and disconnects, to include 3-phase high voltage systems. Wiring & Conduit Must be able to perform minor alterations for conduit and wiring runs through walls. Battery & UPS Systems Must be capable of installing, relocating, replacing, and servicing battery backup systems and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. Standard Fixtures Must be able to install, relocate, or upgrade electrical outlets, light switches, and light fixtures. Socioeconomic Status Must be a Local Small Business (SB).
