Existing flooring in Building 7 has reached end of life expectancy and is in need of repair. Demo existing flooring, all associated flooring appurtenances and cove base as shown on drawings and dispose of off Post . Unit to remove all furniture from areas to receive new flooring. Contractor shall provide two week notice to customer for relocation of office to accomplish work. Perform any floor repairs required to meet industry standard and perform all floor prep per manufacturer s installation instructions for areas to receive new flooring as shown on drawings and Finish Schedule. Provide and install new flooring as shown on drawings and Finish Schedule. Remove and re-install door leafs as necessary to install new flooring. Color selections shall be submitted to DPW/773 CES for approval Note:When submitting your quote, the Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Factors being utilized to evaluate offers are: 1. Price: Complete Price Schedule on the Attachment titled: Combined Synopsis-Solicitation 2.
