W9123825QA023 Janitorial Services for Stanislaus River Parks The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a base and four (4) option years for Janitorial Services for Stanislaus River Parks, Knights Ferry, California. Project Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, vehicles, supplies and supervision necessary to perform Janitorial Services for administration/visitor center, administration/visitor center s public restrooms, and parks to include flush restrooms, CXT precast concrete toilets (four (4) locations require contractor to furnish water for cleaning), and garbage collection at Stanislaus River Parks in accordance with the attached specifications, special provisions, and additional contract clauses. Stanislaus River Parks is located in San Joaquin County & Stanislaus County. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561720 (Janitorial Services). The size standard is $22 Million. Product Service Code is S201 (Housekeeping Custodial Janitorial). The solicitation will proceed as a total small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 14 July 2025 with quotes due tentatively on 11 August 2025. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
