This presolicitation notice is being posted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101, which requires dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. The Government intends to pursue an oral/email solicitation for janitorial and vehicle cleaning services in Pago Pago, American Samoa. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561720 - Janitorial Services with a business size standard of $22 million. Interested small business vendors must respond to this notice on or before April 28, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. PDT by sending an email to Danyell Hertel, Contract Specialist, at danyell.hertel@noaa.gov and Richard Barzaghi, Contracting Officer, at richard.barzaghi@noaa.gov to receive a copy of the email Request for Quote (RFQ). All quoters responding to the RFQ shall have an active registration in SAM, and comply with the instructions to offerors and evaluation criteria within the RFQ.
