Summary

AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

Procure Janes Online Digital Platform and renew the License Subscription Fees for the United States Military Academy Jefferson Library at West Point, NY. The contractor must provide access to Janes content through three Customer Portals—Country Intelligence, Current Intelligence, and Foundational Intelligence—and support the platform as part of the license (including content updates and ongoing access).

This is a market-sounding exercise to assess small-business competition viability for a potential future procurement. If two or more qualified small businesses respond with capabilities to meet the requirement, a small-business set-aside may be considered; otherwise, it may proceed on a non-set-aside basis. Respondents should include company information, small-business status and certifications, interest in competing as a prime or subcontractor, relevant past performance, information on whether the product is commercially available (pricing, delivery, terms, warranties), and any recommendations to improve competition or identify barriers. A formal solicitation will be posted if issued, and responses should be directed to the MICC Advocate for Competition, referencing this notice.
