Guarantee the system is fully operational according to manufacturing specifications of STP. NOTE: Work shall be performed to minimize disruption to VA Medical Center activities, operations, and movement. All respondents shall indicate/provide the following: A copy of its capabilities statement. Failure to provide the above information may result in the potential offeror being considered incapable of meeting the VA s needs.
