J066 - Sole Source Hamilton STAR and STARlet Systems N0018925QZ220

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia, intends to solicit on a sole source basis with Hamilton Company to provide STAR and STARlet systems to the Department of Defense (DoD) Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP). The Navy intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Price contract. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with Hamilton under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334516. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 29 September 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
