SPECIAL NOTICE The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086, intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), new requirement procured as a delivery order against an existing IDIQ contract. The contract will be a base plus four option year (OY) contract for Data Innovation (DI) Instrument Manager (IM) Maintenance and Support at VA Central California Healthcare System awarded to Four Points Technology as procurement on the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) program as an SDVOSB sole source set aside IDIQ contract The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Data Innovations, LLC, has only authorized Four Points Technology to provide Instrument Manager (IM) Maintenance and Support for its IM software.
