Special Notice Special Notice Page 3 of 3 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 3 INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Hampton VA Medical Center, located in Hampton, VA, intends to award on sole source basis contract to Ziehm-Orthoscan Inc. to support a repair service contract to cover all parts, travel and repair of two Ziehm Imaging C-Arm Inc. The proposed contract action is for parts and repair for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. Ziehm Orthoscan Inc is the sole manufacturer and distributor of Ziehm products. Ziehm Orthoscan Inc. is the sole supplier of any service-related material including, but not limited to, field repairs, extended warranty, retrofits, service contracts, or unit certifications. The award will go to Ziehm Orthoscan Inc directly. As a Sole Source purchase, quotes are not being requested. Responses shall be received, in writing, no later than 12:00 PM, EST, on 07/07/2025 to Yanique.williamschin@va.gov.
