Vendor shall provide a temporary ADA compliant ramp located at the bio-med loading dock of the Louis A. Jonson VAMC. Ramp will be utilized to assist the nutrition and food service employees with loading their temporary cooler/freezer located onsite. Vendor will install and remove the ramp at the completion of the current cooler/freezer rental. See attached RFQ for technical requirements. NAICS 236220

The purpose of amendment 1 is to answer questions and extend RFQ close date. RFQ close date is changed from 8/6/25 1PM EST to 8/15/25 1PM EST. Q.1 What is the VA measurement for the ADA ramp? A.1 See picture and measurements. Q.2 Does site require a walking area? No, foot traffic will utilize the ramp, so a foot path is not needed. Q.3 If yes, Is the ramp positioned on the left side (container side) or the right (generator side)? NA Q.4 Are there any site dimensions or required ramp lengths available? See Q.1 answer. Q.5 Can you provide elevation or slope details for the ramp location? See Q.1 answer. Q.6 Are there any drawings, site photos, or diagrams available that show the ramp area?
