1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Brand Name Equal to Stryker ProCare Endoscope Service and Maintenance Plan, Boise VA Medical Center, Boise, ID. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26025Q0909. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair & Maintenance), and the small business size standard is 34 million. This is an unrestricted solicitation. 3. The intended contract period is a base year and four one-year options. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contracting Opportunities website, http://beta.sam.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is September 19, 2025, and the anticipated closing date is September 29, 2025. Interested Quoters are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Quoters from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. All prospective Contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) database and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (811210) is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of quotations. Failure to register in the database will make a Quoter ineligible for award.
