NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Houston, Texas 77056, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), FAR 6.302 1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to Stryker, located at 5900 Optical Ct., San Jose, CA 95138.
