The contractor shall furnish labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and periodic preventive maintenance inspections for Intrasight 5, Volcano COREMobile System, and Volcano SyncVision. The equipment is located at the Miami VA Medical Center, 1201 NW 16th St, Miami, FL 33125. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available; telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believe it can provide maintenance and support for the Intrasight interventional imaging systems may provide a written notice to Contract Specialist, John Quijada Jr via email at john.quijadajr@va.gov no later than Thursday February 19, 2026 @ 12:00PM (EST). Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based on the responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 811210 and the size standard is $34 million. No telephone requests will be accepted.
