The Miami VA Health System is seeking business concerns capable of providing the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center Facility address listed below: Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Center 1201 N.W. 16th Street Miami, FL 33125 The contractor shall furnish Professional Services to provide full maintenance services on a total of 34 AISYS CS2 anesthesia equipment and Carescape Respiratory Modules located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Miami, Florida. All equipment shall be maintained in proper operating conditions as specified by the manufacturer. The Contractor shall perform AISYS Anesthesia equipment services which include the furnishing of all necessary parts or equipment for the proper intended performance of the items. The contractor shall perform one (1) annual PM in the month of August or annually during another designated month. All equipment shall be maintained in proper operating condition as specified by the Manufacturer. Contractor shall have proven access to the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) parts, manuals and schematics, which must be available on site to perform the services. Contractor shall provide Biomedical Service with all service reports and certifications of the jobs performed. This includes all preparations for maintenance and functional test records on all equipment. Government normal duty hours are from 0730-1630, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Contractor access will be provided during this time period. The government estimate for this work will require a level of effort approximately equal to seventy (70) hours. All reports shall be furnished to the Government within two (2) days of completion No additional information is available currently.
