The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors with the capabilities to preventative maintenance and repairs on the Welch Allyn Connex Vital Signs Monitor 6000 Series located at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Medical Center in Hines, IL. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material (service manuals, software, etc.), parts, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, travel cost, technical phone support and expertise necessary to provide preventive maintenance and repair of the Welch Allyn Vital Units at the Hines VA Hospital. New Welch Allyn Vital equipment or components are obtained, either through new purchase, upgrade or replacement of existing equipment, that equipment may be added (and the replaced equipment deleted) from the service contract as needed upon notification of the Contracting Officer via contract modification. Deleted equipment shall be credited in full amounts if deleted before any maintenance or repair has been carried out on it.
