The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Ridgeland, MS intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed price award in accordance with FAR 13.106-1, limiting sources with Olympus America, 3500 Corporate Pkwy, Center Valley PA, 334510.
