Peters (Bronx) VA Medical Center, located at 130 W Kingsbridge Rd, Bronx, NY 10468. Period of performance is from 05/01/2026 to 04/30/2027, including four (4) option years. This requirement includes annual preventative maintenance, technical support, 100% service labor and travel included, 100% Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts included, priority service scheduling, planned maintenance, and reliability updates. NAICS code is 811210 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the Classification code is J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Supplies with a Small Business size standard of $34 million. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due on 04/14/2026 at 10:00am EST.
