This firm-fixed price requirement is for maintenance of Varian TrueBeam and related software located in the Radiation Oncology Department (See equipment list below) of the Brooklyn VA Medical Center, located at 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209 from 05/01/2026 to 04/30/2026, including four (4) option years. This requirement shall include all labor, full service, maintenance, tools, equipment, software updates, hardware updates, transportation and parts (excluding non-Varian parts) required to perform repair and preventive maintenance (PM) on listed equipment and software.
