Exercising contract options 3 and 4 under contract 36C24723P0147 will extend maintenance and support for the Mako robotic arm system used in hip and knee replacement surgeries. The contractor must provide all required services for the Mako system—hardware, firmware, installation, parts, labor, and preventive maintenance—performed in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer specifications, under FAR 13.5 simplified procedures.
