Peters VA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York 10468 is seeking a qualified source that can provide Medical Gas Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services. Contractor must be certified in American Society of Sanitary Engineering (ASSE) 6010, ASSE 6020, ASSE 6030 and ASSE 6040 to install, inspect, maintain, and report on the Medical Gas systems in accordance with NFPA 99-Healthcare Facilities Code. The period of performance is anticipated for January 13, 2026 January 12, 2027 with the provision of four (4) option years. This requirement is looking for interest in providing all the labor, tools, equipment, materials, parts, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual maintenance services and inspections for all system equipment. Some manufacturer equipment types include: Quincy, Ingersoll Rand, Corken, Challenge Machinery, Nash Engineering, Scales Air Compressor, Hankison, Travaini Pumps, Campbell Hausfeld, Busch Vaccuum, Powerex, and Beacon Medaes.
