This is not a request for quotes and no award shall be made from this inquiry. This is only to determine what type of set-aside shall be used in the solicitation. The Northport VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768-2200 is seeking a qualified source that can provide Medical Gas and Vacuum System Maintenance and Inspection Services. Contractor must be certified in American Society of Sanitary Engineering (ASSE) 6010, ASSE 6020, ASSE 6030 and ASSE 6040 to install, inspect, maintain, and report on the Oxygen Medical Air and Medical Vacuum systems in accordance with NFPA 99-Healthcare Facilities Code. The period of performance is anticipated for November 3, 2025 - October 31, 2026 with the provision of four (4) option years. This requirement is looking for interest in providing all the labor, tools, equipment, materials, parts, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual maintenance services and inspections for all system equipment. Some manufacturer equipment types include: Quincy, Ingersoll Rand, Corken, Challenge Machinery, Nash Engineering, Scales Air Compressor, Hankison, Travaini Pumps, Campbell Hausfeld, Busch Vaccuum, Powerex, and Beacon Medaes.
