The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information for contractors that can provide professional laser etching services in accordance with the Statement of Work (DRAFT) for the VA Central California Health Care System, 2615 E Clinton Ave, Fresno, CA 93703. A description of services in the attached Statement of Work (DRAFT). Brief Description of Services See attached Performance Work Statement (DRAFT). Capability Statement All interested contractors must respond by email to Gary.Christensen@va.gov before 10:00 AM PDT on 04/23/2026.
