The proposed procurement is for products and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a Single Source. 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541519.
