The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to Getinge USA Sales, LLC to acquire a proprietary Getinge Premium Service Plan on behalf of the Hampton VA Medical Center located at 100 EMANCIPATION DR, HAMPTON, Virginia, 23667. Market research has shown that Getinge USA is the only company certified to maintain Getinge-brand equipment. This equipment has already been purchased by Hampton VAMC and is in constant use. No similar brand-specific service plan has been found to be commercially available from any other supplier. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
