The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW 13.106(b) to ensure the continued operational reliability of the facility's Greenlight XPS and Moses Pulse 120H medical lasers. Anticipated Period of performance: 11/01/2025 to 10/31/2026, with 4 subsequent 1-year Option Years through 09/30/2030. Basic description of the requirement: The scope of services includes the LT Pulse 120 EssentialCare plan for the Greenlight XPS laser and the URO Greenlight XPS TotalCare plan for the Moses Pulse 120H laser.
