NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East, Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to TCGRx N1671 Powers Lake Road, Powers Lake, WI 53159. The period of performance for contract award will be from December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2026, with provision of four (4) option years. This requirement is to provide a service and maintenance contract for the FastPak pill packer. This includes providing all necessary labor, consumable parts and non-consumable parts to ensuring the pill packer is operating correctly to the manufacturer s specifications. It also will provide all available upgrades and annual software licenses for the Albany, Batavia, Bath, Bronx, Buffalo, Canandaigua, NY Harbor, Northport, Syracuse VA Medical Centers located in New York and the East Orange and Lyons Medical Centers located in New Jersey. All work shall be performed by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certified technicians authorized by TCGRx. TCGRx is the only known provider since the equipment is proprietary and maintenance and software upgrades therefore only be provided by TCGRx. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by August 8, 2025 by 10:00 a.m. (ET).
