This notice of intent to sole-source is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation will be made available. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole-source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulations 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This procurement is for a Sole Source Justification in accordance with FAR 13.501(a), where acquisitions conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures are exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6, but still require a justification using the format of FAR 6.303-2. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811210 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $34. Million. The current FAC is 2025-06 dated 10/01/2025. This procurement is also being conducted in accordance with procedures in FAR 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source.
