The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, Florida, 32827, seeks interested vendors to provide an all-inclusive service and maintenance contract for Sterrad sterilization equipment for the Orlando VA Healthcare System. Interested and Qualified Vendors should be able to provide Sterrad Sterilization Equipment Service & Maintenance with the following characteristics: Qualified to perform maintenance and service work on Sterrad 100NX and Sterrad NX sterilization equipment models. Full coverage for parts, labor, travel, and repairs. Two preventative maintenance per year, to meet or exceed OEM Standards. Repairs shall meet or exceed OEM standards. 24-hour telephone support. 72-hour onsite maintenance/repair response time to ensure clinical uptime and prevent patient impact. Ensure equipment is returned to full functioning status per OEM standards Software and hardware updates, as needed. Established record tracking. Provide evidence that your firm can provide the requested items, including past and/or current contracts for the exact requirements, and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities.
