This urgent and compelling emergency service is needed to return the CT Scanner to full operating condition, per manufacture s specifications. The Contractor must have access to proprietary diagnostic software and parts. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all resources (labor, materials/parts, tools, equipment, and transportation) necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified.
