STE 200, St Louis, MO, 63011. The procurement action requires the contractor to provide a full-service contract for the Analyzers in the Eye Clinic. This service contract will include unlimited repairs, parts, software updates, associated devices, unlimited labor, and travel, and perform preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer recommendations during the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. All service work performed is to be done by a Zeiss trained service engineer due to proprietary software and passwords.
