The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors with the capabilities to furnish all labor, material, parts, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, and expertise necessary to provide preventive maintenance and emergency (unscheduled) repair of the Teleflex intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABPs) located at the Hines VA Medical Center. (5000 S. 5th Ave, Hines, IL 60141). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, material, parts, software, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary for execution of the work to be performed under this Contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310. All interested vendors must have been trained by the OEM (TELEFLEX) on the models of equipment below. Documentation will be requested at time of quote. All interested, responsible sources must submit a capability statement by December 19th , 2025 at 10:00 AM CST, to Makena.James@VA.gov to include the following: DUNS number, organization name, organization address, point of contact, business size under NAICS 811310, and socioeconomic status.
