CLIN DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE 0001 Comprehensive Maintenance for Sakura Tissue-Tek Prisma Plus Automated Slide Stainer and Tissue-Tek Glass Cover Slipper Period of Performance: August 1, 2025, through July 31st, 2026. 1 Year 1001 Comprehensive Maintenance for Sakura Tissue-Tek Prisma Plus Automated Slide Stainer and Tissue-Tek Glass Cover Slipper Period of Performance: August 1, 2026, through July 31st, 2027. 1 Year 2001 Comprehensive Maintenance for Sakura Tissue-Tek Prisma Plus Automated Slide Stainer and Tissue-Tek Glass Cover Slipper Period of Performance: August 1, 2027, through July 31st, 2028. 1 Year 3001 Comprehensive Maintenance for Sakura Tissue-Tek Prisma Plus Automated Slide Stainer and Tissue-Tek Glass Cover Slipper Period of Performance: August 1, 2029, through July 31st, 2030. 1 Year 4001 Comprehensive Maintenance for Sakura Tissue-Tek Prisma Plus Automated Slide Stainer and Tissue-Tek Glass Cover Slipper Period of Performance: August 1, 2030, through July 31st, 2031. 1 Year VISN 19 proposes to enter into a Base + four (4) Option Years firm-fixed price, five (5) year follow-on agreement for Comprehensive Maintenance for the Government-owned Sakura Tissue-Tek Prisma Plus Automated Slide Stainer and Tissue-Tek Glass Cover Slipper instruments located at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. Sakura Finetek U.S.A., Inc is the sole manufacturer and service provider for the Sakura Tissue-Tek Prisma Plus Automated Slide Stainer and Tissue-Tek Glass Cover Slipper instruments. The Sakura Tissue-Tek Prisma Plus Automated Slide Stainer and Tissue-Tek Glass Cover Slipper instruments are proprietary to Sakura Finetek U.S.A., Inc and only available for purchase in the United Stats directly from Sakura Finetek U.S.A., Inc. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811210 and the Business Size Standard is $34 million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 9:00 AM Mountain Time, Tuesday, June 17th, 2025. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice.
