The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Trillamed, LLC located at 30100 Telegraph RD, Bingham Farms MI 48025. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a written notice to inform the public of the Governments intent to award on a sole source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6- Streamline Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Item. This solicitation is issued under authority of FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 or some combination thereof. The solicitation number is 36C25625R0131 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The proposed contract action is for continuous environmental monitoring system for the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO) Fayetteville, AR, and surrounding Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. Vendor Questions and Answers In Attachment A, there are quite a few assets that are disabled but are requesting temperature monitoring. Do those disabled assets still need a temp monitoring probe? I am only asking so that we can be price conscious and not have any extra expenses in the bid. Answer: Yes, the disabled assets listed do require new temperature or humidity monitoring sensors.

This amendment is issued to cancel Solicitation 36C25625R0131 in its entirety. The Government intends to resolicit this requirement under a new solicitation number at a later date. All proposals/quotes received in response to Solicitation 36C25625R0131 will not be considered.
