All work will be accomplished to industry standards and compliant with all current Code requirements (Life Safety, NFPA, Electrical and Building). All Department of Veteran Affairs, Federal, and State regulations and codes will be complied with. All respondents shall indicate/provide the following: A copy of its capabilities statement. Failure to provide the above information may result in the potential offeror being considered incapable of meeting the VA s needs.
