Major Preventative Maintenance shall take place in March. 2. Minor Preventative Maintenance shall take place in mid-August or early September. b) Complete visual inspection of all components, all associated parts and subassemblies including wiring harnesses, cables, contacts and fans. c) Review computer event logs. d) Record all voltage current readings input and output (A, B & C Phases). e) Perform infrared temperature readings on all connections, breakers and other components. f) Check integer of battery cabinet. g) Check battery jars for proper electrolyte level, corrosion on all terminals and cables. h) Measure AC bus ripple voltage and current i) Measure battery float voltage and current. j) Measure cell terminal voltage k) Measure overall system voltage 1) Measure AC ripple current.
